染污復(fù)合絕緣子電場仿真研究

摘 要:基于Ansoft Maxwell有限元軟件,建立了110 kV復(fù)合絕緣子及其染污模型,介紹了清潔絕緣子、污染絕緣子電場分布規(guī)律,分析了染污絕緣子存在如位置、數(shù)量及電參數(shù)等不同形式的干燥帶時沿面電場的分布規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:不論絕緣子出現(xiàn)何種形式的干燥帶,接近高壓端的干燥帶總是具有更高的電場強(qiáng)度;干燥帶出現(xiàn)在絕緣子傘裙的上下表面時,干燥帶的電場分布規(guī)律相同;在一定范圍內(nèi),干燥帶電場強(qiáng)度分布取決于干燥帶相對介電常數(shù)。

Research on Electric Field Distribution of Contaminated Composite Insulators

Abstract: Based on the software of finite element analysis (FEA), Ansoft Maxwell, this paper established the model of 110 kV composite insulators. Introduction was made to the electric field distribution law of cleaning insulators and contaminated Insulators. This paper analyzed how numbers and location of dry band influenced on its electric field distribution. The research results show that the closer to the high voltage section the dry band, the higher the electric field intensity. When the dry band presented up and down surface of insulators umbrella skirts, their electric field distribution of the dry band had the same law. Within limits, the electric field intensity of the dry band was mainly determined by the relative permittivity of dry band.
