環(huán)氧澆注件用自動化裝脫模設(shè)備核心技術(shù)研究

    摘 要:通過分析800~1 100 kV 特高壓用環(huán)氧樹脂盆式絕緣子裝脫模操作特點,設(shè)計了自動化裝脫模裝置,并針對設(shè)備與模具的可靠裝卡連接,左右半模軸線中心的水平對正分離、合模,防止模具錯位,半模的90°可靠翻轉(zhuǎn),工件的安全、緩慢脫出半模等核心問題提出了解決方案,實現(xiàn)盆式絕緣子自動化裝脫模,保證了模具的有效裝夾、自動對中、可靠翻轉(zhuǎn)、安全取出制件,降低了裝脫模操作的勞動強度,提高了大型環(huán)氧樹脂澆注件的自動化裝脫模作業(yè)工藝水平。

Core Technology Research on Automatic Moulding and Demoulding Equipment Used for Epoxy Casting

    Abstract: Via analysis of epoxy casting basin-type insulator moulding and demoulding operation characteristics used for extra-high voltage from 800 to 1 100 kV, this paper designed a automatic moulding and demoulding device. In allusion to the core problems, such as the reliable card mounting connection of equipment and mould, the level alignment separation and die assembly of right and left half module axis center, the mould malposition prevention, the reliable 90° overturn of half mould, workpiece safety and slow prolapsed half mould etc, this paper proposed a solution to realize the basin-type insulator demoulding automatically, which ensured the moulds’ effective clamping, automatic centering, reliable overturn and safe take-out workpiece. This device reduced the labour strength of moulding and demoulding operation and improved the automatic moulding and demoulding operation technological level of large-scale epoxy casting.
