基于實(shí)時(shí)管控平臺(tái)的配電網(wǎng)精益化管理模式分析與應(yīng)用

摘 要:為提高配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控能力,降低運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并為配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)精準(zhǔn)投資提供有效數(shù)據(jù)支撐,提出了“全面實(shí)時(shí)管控、構(gòu)建大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)、集中綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)、建立全方位管理模式”的理念,考核關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電網(wǎng)故障跳閘、重過(guò)載、停運(yùn)、母線電壓越限、配變低電壓、三相不平衡等異常情況的整治改造。經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)用,該模式為電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行與改造提供了精細(xì)化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“監(jiān)測(cè)準(zhǔn)、立項(xiàng)精、效果好”的目標(biāo),有效提升了電網(wǎng)電壓合格率及供電可靠性。

Analysis and Application of Distribution Network Lean Management Model Based on Real-Time

Abstract: In order to improve the distribution network operation monitoring capability, to reduce its operational risks and to provide the valid data support for the distribution network construction precise investment, this paper raised the ideas of comprehensive real-time management and control, big data platform construction, comprehensive advantages concentration and comprehensive management mode, and examined the key index to realize renovating and transformation of power network faults tripping, re-overload, off-stream, busbar voltage out-of-limit, distribution transform low voltage and three-phase imbalance etc abnormal conditions. Via practical application, this mode provides the lean management for power network operation and transformation to realize the target of quasi monitoring, refined project approval and good effect, which effectively improves the voltage qualified rate of power network and the reliability of power supply.
