電源質(zhì)量對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)器的影響

摘 要:電源質(zhì)量下降,會(huì)使電子式和智能化的電動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)器在故障判斷和輸出方面都產(chǎn)生誤判,對(duì)比分析了電源質(zhì)量對(duì)雙金屬片式和電子式兩類電動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)器的影響,對(duì)電子式保護(hù)器的傳感器、抗干擾濾波、A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換、熱積累數(shù)學(xué)模型四個(gè)方面引起的誤動(dòng)作進(jìn)行了闡述,為電動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)器的設(shè)計(jì)和選用提供了參考。

Influence of Power Supply Quality on Motor Protector

Abstract: The power supply quality reduction will make the electronic-type and intelligentized motor protector misjudge the respects of fault and output. This paper carried out contrastive analysis of the power supply quality impacts on bimetal elements steam trap and electronic type motor protectors, and expounded the misoperation caused by the sensor of electronic protector, anti-jamming filtering, A/D conversion, heat accumulation mathematical model four aspects, which provides references for the design and selection of motor protector.
