一種降低管母線焊接缺陷率專用工具的研制及應(yīng)用

摘 要:介紹了一種新型的降低管母線焊接缺陷率專用工具的研制,分析了管母線焊接缺陷率產(chǎn)生的原因。對轉(zhuǎn)動工具、托架支撐件及托架傳動軸的改進進行了闡述,經(jīng)在某500 kV 變電站新建工程中應(yīng)用此新工具進行管母線的焊接,降低了管母線焊接的觀感缺陷率,焊接后的管母線觀感質(zhì)量好,并取得良好的經(jīng)濟效益。

A Kind of Research and Application of Reducing Defect Rate of Tubular Busbar Welding

Abstract: Introduction was made to the development of special tool, a new-type of reducing defect rate of tubular busbar welding. This paper analyzed the cause of defect rate of tubular busbar welding and expounded the improved turning tool, bracket supports and bracket shaft. After the new tool was used to weld the tubular busbar in new project of certain 500 kV substation, the impression defect rate of tubular busbar welding was reduced and the impression quality of tubular busbar welding was good, with favourable economic benefit.
