±800 kV換流站空心平波電抗器溫升控制措施研究

    摘 要:為改善干式空心電抗器各包封層的熱點(diǎn)溫升分布情況,對(duì)已運(yùn)行的電抗器實(shí)測(cè)熱點(diǎn)溫升分布進(jìn)行調(diào)研,歸納出一套用于電抗器設(shè)計(jì)的熱點(diǎn)溫升散熱系數(shù),通過建模仿真、真型電抗器試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并將設(shè)計(jì)溫升、仿真溫升、試驗(yàn)溫升進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定了仿真溫升和試驗(yàn)溫升的擬合度?;谏嵯禂?shù)對(duì)電抗器溫升的預(yù)判能力,提出通過優(yōu)化各層電阻分布、改善各層通風(fēng)散熱條件等方式改善溫升分布均勻性,保證了電抗器的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Temperature Rise Control Measure Study on Air-Core Smoothing Reactor in ±800 kV Convertor Station

    Abstract: In order to improve the hot-spot temperature rise distribution situation of dry-type air-core reactor each package seal layer, this paper investigated and surveyed the operational reactor measured hot-spot temperature rise distribution, summarized a set of hot-spot temperature rise dissipation coefficient for reactor design. Via modeling, simulation and actual reactor test, this paper carried out contrastive analysis for design temperature rise, simulation temperature rise, testing temperature rise to determine the degree of fitting of simulation temperature rise and testing temperature rise. Based on the pre-judgment of dissipation coefficient for the reactor temperature rise, this paper presented a way to improve the spray deposition uniformity of temperature rise by the means of optimizing each layer resistance distribution and improving each layer ventilation and heat dissipation, which guarantees the safe and stable operation of reactors.
