一例換流變壓器匝間短路故障分析

    摘 要:介紹了一例在調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的換流變壓器繞組匝間絕緣故障導致的保護動作,直流系統(tǒng)退出運行案例。分析了換流變壓器匝間短路故障過程,通過現(xiàn)場試驗和解體分析,查找到繞組內(nèi)部的故障點,指出可能是在運輸和存放過程中因受潮導致變壓器內(nèi)部故障的發(fā)生,并對換流變壓器交接試驗和故障后油色譜診斷試驗提出了改進建議。

Analysis of a Case of Turn-to-Turn Short-Circuit
Fault in Converter Transformer

    Abstract: Introduction was made to a case of protective action, emerging in debugging process, caused by the converter transformer winding turn-to-turn insulation fault and a case that the direct current system stopped operation. Analysis was made to the converter transformer winding turn-to-turn insulation fault process and the interior fault point of winding was found by field test and disassembling analysis. It is pointed out that in the process of transportation and storage damping will lead to transformer interior fault. This paper proposes improved suggestions for the converter transformer commissioning test and the oil chromatography diagnostic test after faults.
