油浸變壓器的變壓法真空干燥及真空注油控制系統(tǒng)

摘 要:介紹了真空干燥注油罐系統(tǒng)及真空系統(tǒng),采用可編程邏輯控制器(PLC) 控制變壓法真空干燥及真空注油,系統(tǒng)由溫度傳感器、液位傳感器等測量系統(tǒng)實時數(shù)據(jù),將處理后的數(shù)據(jù)傳至數(shù)據(jù)庫,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)主要工藝參數(shù)的自動檢測和數(shù)據(jù)處理,人機(jī)界面顯示變壓法真空干燥及真空注油工藝流程圖,并具有報警及安全防護(hù)功能。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)加快了油浸變壓器的干燥和注油生產(chǎn)過程,干燥效果好,注油過程優(yōu),故障率低。

Control System for Voltage Transformation Vacuum Drying and VacuumOiling of Oil-Immersed Transformer

Abstract: Introduction was made to the vacuum drying and oiling tank system. This paper adopted voltage transformation vacuum drying and vacuum oiling controlled by a programmable logic controller. The temperature sensor and liquid level sensor measured the system’s real-time data, and then the system transmitted the disposed data to the database. The monitoring system realized the main process parameters automatic detection and data processing. The man-machine interface displayed the vacuum drying and vacuum oiling process flow diagram of voltage transformation method, with the functions of alarm protection and safety protection. The operating result shows that this system speeds up the
oil-immersed transformer drying and oiling productive process with good drying effect, excellent oiling process and low failure rate.
