    摘 要:針對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)及供電企業(yè)管理需要,提出了集能耗監(jiān)測(cè)、診斷、治理、規(guī)劃評(píng)估于一體的配電網(wǎng)能效管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。介紹了系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、軟件架構(gòu),從電網(wǎng)設(shè)備、技術(shù)、管理多個(gè)維度全方位實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)的能效分析、能效診斷、能效治理、節(jié)能改造建議及策略評(píng)估等服務(wù)功能,實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能服務(wù)信息化,加強(qiáng)了能效數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè),有效規(guī)范了能效設(shè)備管理。

Design and Application of Energy Efficiency Management
System in Distribution Network

    Abstract: In allusion to the characteristics of distribution network and the managerial demands of power supply enterprise, this paper proposed the designing scheme of distribution network energy efficiency management which concentrated on energy consumption monitoring, diagnosis, management and planning evaluation. Introduction was made to the network architecture and the software architecture. This system comprehensively realized energy efficiency analysis, energy efficiency diagnosis, energy efficiency management and energy conservation suggestion about transformation and strategy evaluation etc service functions of distribution network from multi- dimensionality of power network equipment, technology and management. Practical application shows that this system realizes energy-saving services informatization, reinforces energy efficiency data monitoring and carries out energy efficiency equipment management effectively.
