一起電流互感器的故障分析及改進措施

    摘 要:介紹了一起ZHW15-40.5 復合式組合電器的電流互感器精度異常的故障。通過對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,從電流互感器的工作原理角度找到了故障的起因,并對產(chǎn)品的一個螺栓連接的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了改進,解決了電流互感器故障。結(jié)果表明:在以后的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設計時,應盡量避免圍繞電流互感器線圈生成的閉合回路,防止影響電流互感器的正常工作。

    Abstract: Introduction was made to an accident of abnormal current transformer precision of ZHW15-40.5 combined type composite apparatus. This paper analyzed the product structure and found the failure reason from the corner of the working principle of current transformers. The structure of the products bolted connection was improved to eliminate the current transformer faults. In subsequent product structure design the closed loop circuit generated around the current transformer should be avoided, to prevent the regular work of the current transformer from being affected.
