    摘 要:介紹了大規(guī)模集中并網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電場(chǎng)電能質(zhì)量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試與相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了Q/GDW 630—2011《風(fēng)電場(chǎng)功率調(diào)節(jié)能力和電能質(zhì)量測(cè)試規(guī)程》在風(fēng)電場(chǎng)功率調(diào)節(jié)能力和電能質(zhì)量測(cè)試過程中的執(zhí)行情況。針對(duì)常用測(cè)試設(shè)備在數(shù)據(jù)處理方面的弊端,設(shè)計(jì)了一種風(fēng)電場(chǎng)電能質(zhì)量測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng),給出了總體設(shè)計(jì)流程,并進(jìn)行了案例測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,在滿足測(cè)試要求的條件下,該軟件有效提升了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試工作效率和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)分析的質(zhì)量。

Research of Wind Power Quality Test and Standard for
Large-Scale Intensive Grid

      Abstract: Introduction was made to the site test and relevant standard of wind power quality for large-scale intensive grid. Analysis was made to the executive condition of enterprise standard, “wind power control and power quality test procedures” (Q/GDW630—2011 ) in the test process of wind power regulation ability and power quality. In allusion to the malpractice of commonly used test equipment in data processing, this paper designed a
kind of wind power quality test data auto-analysis system, giving the overall design flow and carrying out the case test. The results show that under the condition meeting test requirement, this software effectively promotes the work efficiency of site test and the quality of test data analysis.
