變電站母線電壓越限告警信息量問題的分析及處理

摘 要：通過監(jiān)控信息量現(xiàn)狀分析，找出了造成變電站母線電壓越限告警信息量大的主要原因，針對(duì)性地提出了建立集中監(jiān)控專家處理系統(tǒng)、建立電壓越限預(yù)處理模型兩種解決方案，并通過對(duì)比確定了采用電壓越限預(yù)處理模型，方案實(shí)施效果表明，采用該模型后，降低了變電站母線電壓越限告警信息量，提高了監(jiān)控效率, 保證了電網(wǎng)安全可靠運(yùn)行。

Analysis and Treatment of Out-Of-Limit Alarm Information
Amount of Bus Voltage in Substation

Abstract: After the status quo of monitoring information amount was analyzed, this paper found out the main reasons of out-of-limit alarm information amount of bus voltage in substation, raised two kinds of solutions about the centralized monitoring expert processing system and voltage out-oflimit pretreatment model, and determined the voltage out-of-limit pretreatment model via comparison. The plan implementation results show that after the model is used, the out-of-limit alarm information amount of bus voltage in substation is greatly reduced, which improves the monitoring efficiency and guarantees the safe and reliable operation of power grid.
