數(shù)控復(fù)合加工技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

摘 要:介紹了數(shù)控復(fù)合加工技術(shù)的三種含義、主要特征及其工藝技術(shù)裝備和工藝路線選擇的原則,分析了復(fù)合多種專業(yè)工藝和數(shù)控多種加工能量的優(yōu)勢;提出通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品工藝及裝備設(shè)計(jì)方案,解決電器結(jié)構(gòu)件高度集成問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)制造提質(zhì)增效;該措施是對電器制造技術(shù)的豐富和補(bǔ)充。

Research and Application of Numerical Control Composite Machining Technology

Abstract: Introduction was made to three kinds of meanings of numerical control composite machining technology, main characteristics and its production technology, equipment and process route selection principle. This paper analyzed the advantages of composite with various professional technology and many kinds of numerical control processing energy. By optimizing the product process and equipment design, the electrical structure components were highly integrated, which realizes high manufacturing quality and efficiency. This method enriches and replenishes electric appliance manufacturing technology.
