斷路器DMC零件加工方案及去飛邊工裝設計

    摘  要:熱固性不飽和聚酯玻璃纖維增強模塑料(DMC)制件主要存在加工效率低、后處理成本高的工藝難題,分析了DMC壓塑成型、注塑成型、傳遞成型的工藝方案特點,給出了斷路器中DMC制件的加工工藝方案選擇原則。針對壓塑加工件,采用塑殼底座氣動去飛邊工裝設計,極大地提升了塑件后處理效率。

    Abstract: There exist the problems of inefficiency process and high-cost aftertreatment technology in products of thermoset DMC. This paper analyzed the characteristics of process scheme such as DMC compression molding, injection molding and delivery molding and gave the selection principle of process scheme of DMC products in circuit breakers. In allusion to the compression molding workpieces, the trimming frock with case-molded pedestal pneumatic was designed to raise the efficiency of plastic part aftertreatment greatly.
