摘 要:設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于大功率驅(qū)動芯片BTM7752G為核心功率器件的直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動裝置系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)用于電力系統(tǒng)開關(guān)設(shè)備的智能化控制。系統(tǒng)以ATmega128為主控芯片,完成對電氣開關(guān)設(shè)備所需的智能化實(shí)時動作指令解析、機(jī)構(gòu)裝置位置狀況檢測及數(shù)據(jù)傳輸處理、遠(yuǎn)程控制和實(shí)時狀態(tài)顯示等智能化功能處理。BTM7752G芯片內(nèi)置過壓、過流保護(hù)功能,有利于復(fù)雜電磁環(huán)境的拓展利用及功能的穩(wěn)定性。該系統(tǒng)提供的器件選型設(shè)計(jì)方案不僅有利于新舊設(shè)備智能化改造升級時的工廠預(yù)裝和維護(hù)簡約化,也能在常規(guī)電氣設(shè)備電動操作機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)入智能化電器功能時提供參考。

Development of Intelligent Electric Actuating Mechanism Controller Based on BTM7752G

Abstract:This paper designed a kind of DC motor driven device system based on large power driving chip BTM7752G as core power apparatus. The system was used for power system switchgear intelligent control. The system adopted ATmega128 as main control chip to accomplish electric switchgear needed intelligent real-time action instruction analysis, mechanism device position state test and data transmission treatment, remote control and real-time state display etc intelligent functions treatment. BTM7752G chip has built-in over voltage and over current protect functions in favor of complicated electromagnetic environment developing use and stability of functions. The apparatus model selection design plan provided by the system not only makes for new and old equipment intelligent reformation and upgrading plant preinstallation and maintenance simplification, but also can provide reference for common electric equipment electric execution mechanism in leading of intelligent electrical functions.
