超級(jí)電容器組管理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要: 針對(duì)超級(jí)電容器組應(yīng)用于混合動(dòng)力裝置能量供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)中時(shí),必須連續(xù)監(jiān)視和平衡單個(gè)電容器的電壓,設(shè)計(jì)了基于LTC6803 的超級(jí)電容器組管理系統(tǒng),采用上下位機(jī)式結(jié)構(gòu),上位機(jī)采用Visual Basic 設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控平臺(tái),下位機(jī)采用AT89S52 單片機(jī)控制LTC6803 采集超級(jí)電容器組的狀態(tài),上下位間通過(guò)串行口實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)采集信號(hào)誤差小,超級(jí)電容器組電壓均衡,性能良好。

Design of Supercapacitor Group Management and Control System

Abstract: Considering that the supercapacitor group needs to be monitored and the individual capacitor voltage needs to be balanced continuously in energy hybrid supply system, this paper designed a supercapacitor group management and control system based on LTC6803, with upper and lower machine structure. The upper machine used Visual Basic as the monitoring platform and the lower machine used microcontroller AT89S52 to control LTC6803 so that the state of supercapacitor group was collected. The serial port between the upper machine and the lower machine realized data communication. The results show that the signal collected by the system has a little error and the supercapacitor group voltage is very balance with good performance.
