抽水蓄能機(jī)組上導(dǎo)滑轉(zhuǎn)子加工及熱套工藝技術(shù)

摘 要: 根據(jù)抽水蓄能機(jī)組的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),介紹了抽水蓄能機(jī)組上導(dǎo)滑轉(zhuǎn)子加工工藝和熱套工藝過程,通過對(duì)絕緣包繞工藝的分析,并采取有效措施,優(yōu)化工藝方法,使得中間環(huán)包繞絕緣后與滑轉(zhuǎn)子一次性熱套成功,驗(yàn)證了工藝過程的可行性,為今后抽水蓄能發(fā)電電動(dòng)機(jī)滑轉(zhuǎn)子制造及裝配提供了技術(shù)參考。

Machining and Heat Set Technology of Upper Bearing Collar for Pumped Hydro Storage

Abstract: Based on structure characteristic of pumped hydro storage, this paper introduced the pumped hydro storage upper bearing collar machining and heat setting technological process. After analysis of insulation wrapping technology, the effective measures and optimized technological method was adopted to make upper bearing collar heat setting successfully in one time after intermediate insulation wrapping. The feasibility of the technological process was verified, which provides technical reference for future pumped hydro storage upper bearing machine and assembling.
