GIS焊接技術(shù)及焊接接頭失效案例分析

摘 要: 氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS) 的外殼、支座和母線一般采用鋁及鋁合金材料焊接成型及相互連接,焊縫開裂相關(guān)的缺陷和故障會直接影響電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和工程按期投運(yùn)。論述了GIS 的外殼、支座及導(dǎo)體的焊接技術(shù),并結(jié)合GIS 外殼焊縫開裂、支座焊縫開裂和導(dǎo)體焊縫斷裂三種典型焊接缺陷和故障案例進(jìn)行了原因分析,提出焊接接頭結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計不合理、對材料的焊接性分析不足、焊接工藝執(zhí)行不嚴(yán)是GIS 焊接接頭失效的三個主要原因。

Welding Technology and Case Study of Welding Joint Failure on Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Abstract: Generally, the tanks, supports and buses of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) were welded using aluminum and aluminum alloy. Welding defects and faults, such as weld cracking, will directly affect the security and stable operation of the power grid and projects being put into operation on schedule. This paper briefly described the tanks, supports and the welding technology on GIS, combining with three typical weld cracking cases and its reasons analysis. The unreasonable design of welded joint structure, insufficient analysis of weld ability, lax execution of welding process are three main reasons for the failure of welded joints on GIS.
