錦屏二級(jí)水電站10 kV開關(guān)保護(hù)防跳回路異常分析

摘 要:分析了錦屏二級(jí)水電站10kV廠內(nèi)滲漏排水泵開關(guān)位置指示異常,且斷路器分閘后無法再次合上的問題,對(duì)比了斷路器配置的南瑞保護(hù)防跳回路和施耐德開關(guān)本體防跳回路的差異,得出保護(hù)防跳回路和斷路器本體防跳回路應(yīng)用范圍,提出了四種斷路器防跳回路的改進(jìn)方案,并比較了各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。

Anomaly Analysis of 10 kV Switch Protection Anti-Jump Circuit in Jinping Two Stage Hydropower Station

Abstract: Analysis was made to the abnormal switch position indication of 10kV internal leakage drainage pump in Jinping two stage hydropower station and the problem that the circuit breaker couldn’t be closed again later on. By comparing Nari protection anti-jump circuit switch with Schneider body anti-jump circuit which the circuit breaker configured, the application ranges for protection anti-jump circuit and body anti-jump circuit were obtained. This paper proposed four kinds of improved anti-jump circuit-breaker circuits and compared each advantage.
