一起500 kV氣體絕緣開關閃絡事故的處理分析

摘 要:介紹了一起500 kV氣體絕緣開關(GIS)設備的絕緣事故,分析了其應急處置及搶修方案,并通過對放電痕跡和物質(zhì)的分析推測了事故原因,該事故是因設備裝備過程中殼體法蘭面和絕緣盆環(huán)氧樹脂面的間隙混入金屬異物,由于設備振動導致異物位置偏移引起電場變化,致使閃絡事故的發(fā)生。指出應嚴格現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量管控,保證設備安裝質(zhì)量,確保電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運行。

Abstract: Introduction was made to an insulation accident of 500 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) equipment. This paper analyzed its emergency disposal and strategy management and determined accident causes via discharge track and material analysis. The accident was due to metal foreign objects mixed into the clearance between casing flange and insulation basin epoxy during equipment installation process. The vibration of the equipment caused foreign object position displacement with electric field change and thus flashover accident took place. It is pointed out that construction on site should be with strict quality management and control, to ensure equipment installation quality and to guarantee power grid in safe and stable operation.
