絕緣子污穢度監(jiān)測(cè)方法研究

摘 要: 及時(shí)掌握絕緣子表面污穢程度并采取措施能有效減少污閃事故的發(fā)生。介紹了泄漏電流法、等值鹽密法、表面污層電導(dǎo)率法、污閃電壓梯度法和脈沖電流法的電量監(jiān)測(cè)方法以及微波輻射法、聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)法和紅外成像監(jiān)測(cè)法的非電量監(jiān)測(cè)方法,并對(duì)它們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。絕緣子發(fā)生污閃是溫度、濕度、運(yùn)行電壓等多因素綜合的結(jié)果,指出絕緣子污穢度監(jiān)測(cè)研究方向,應(yīng)建立多因素、多參量的綜合性的監(jiān)測(cè)方法。

Abstract: Timely detection of insulator surface filth degree and timely measures can reduce the accidents of pollution flashover. Introduction was made to the electric quantity monitoring methods including leakage current method, equivalent salt density method, surface filth layer conductivity method, pollution flashover voltage gradient method and pulse current method, together with the non-electric quantity monitoring methods such as microwave radiation method, acoustic emission monitoring method and infrared imaging monitoring method, and analysis was made to their advantages and disadvantages. Insulators turned up pollution flashover because of temperature,humidity, operational voltage etc synthetical factors. It is pointed out that the monitoring research direction of insulator filth degree should build up synthetic monitoring methods of comprehensive factors and parameters.
