基于單片機控制的可編程直流負載測試系統(tǒng)研究

摘 要:為滿足直流電源特性測試中負載可編程、自動加載的需求,提出了一種基于單片機控制的可編程直流負載測試系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方案。該系統(tǒng)以C8051F020單片機為主控單元,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的電阻加載技術,實現(xiàn)了可編程直流負載的恒流、恒阻以及恒功率控制,在各個模式下具有較好的測試精確度,可以更簡單、快捷、可靠地對電源、變壓器等電子設備進行輸出特性測試。

Study on Programmable DC Load Test System Based on Single Chip Controller

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of load programmable, automatic loading in DC power characteristic test, this paper raised a realization plan of programmable DC load test system based on single chip controller. The system took the single chip C8051F020 as the main control unit, combined with existing resistance loading technology to realize constant current, constant resistance and constant power control for programmable DC load with better test accuracy in each mode, being able to carry out more simple, fast, reliable output characteristics test for power source, transformer etc electronic equipment.
