摘 要:介紹了一臺(tái)主變壓器的故障實(shí)例,分析油色譜跟蹤數(shù)據(jù),采用各種判斷方法認(rèn)為變壓器有發(fā)生鐵芯多點(diǎn)接地故障的可能,經(jīng)停運(yùn)檢查證實(shí)了色譜分析結(jié)論。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件采用鐵芯加壓法來(lái)處理故障,交流耐壓試驗(yàn)表明鐵芯多點(diǎn)接地故障已消除,結(jié)合故障處理過(guò)程,給出了確保變壓器正常運(yùn)行的預(yù)防措施。

Trouble Shooting for a Transformer Iron Core Multiple Spots Grounding Fault

Abstract: Introduction was made to a fault actual example of a set of main transformer. This paper analyzed oil spectrum tracking data and adopted a variety of judgement methods to consider that there was possible of transformer with multiple spots grounding fault taking place, and tieup examination proved spectrum analysis conclusion. According to site conditions, an iron core pressure adding method was adopted to have trouble shooting. The AC withstanding voltage test shows that the iron core multiple spots grounding faults have been shoot out. Combined with trouble shooting process, this paper gave the prevention measures to ensure normal transformer operation.
