DeviceNet現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線在MOCVD設(shè)備上的應(yīng)用

摘 要: 以MOCVD 設(shè)備為例,介紹一種基于DeviceNet 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用遠(yuǎn)程DeviceNet 掃描儀SST-END-1-C2 與流量控制器、壓力控制器構(gòu)成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。給出了DeviceNet 軟件設(shè)計(jì)與控制實(shí)現(xiàn)。使用效果表明DeviceNet 是基于CAN 總線技術(shù)的一種低成本的通信鏈接,是一種低端網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),具有低成本、高效率、高可靠性的特點(diǎn)。

Application of DeviceNet Field Bus in MOCVD Equipment

Abstract: Taking MOCVD equipment for example, this paper introduced a kind of standard based on DeviceNet field bus. The field bus control network consisted of the remote DeviceNet scanner, SST-END-1-C2, flow controllers and pressure controllers. This paper gave the software design of DeviceNet and control implementation. The use effectiveness of DeviceNet shows that DeviceNet is a kind of low cost communication link based on CAN bus technology, a kind of low network system with low cost, high efficiency and high reliability characteristics.
