電動機磁平衡差動保護方案及TA選型分析

摘 要:為提高電動機保護的靈敏性和可靠性,可采用磁平衡差動保護。以三門核電一號機組中壓電動機的磁平衡差動保護方案為例,分析了磁平衡電流互感器(TA)的選型配置。給出已有磁平衡TA的選型方法,結(jié)合實際負荷要求和短路電流下的動熱穩(wěn)定性要求提出當前配置存在的問題;給出了變比分別為50/5 和50/1 的磁平衡TA 的改進方案。結(jié)果表明,采用15 VA、50/1 的TA 滿足磁平衡保護要求,在發(fā)生母線三相短路時不會飽和,且該方案將大大減小設(shè)計及改造的工作量。

Abstract: In order to raise sensitivity and reliability of motor protection, flux balance differential protection can be adopted. With medium voltage motor flux balance differential protection plan of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant unit 1 generators as an example, analysis was made to flux balance current transformer’s (TA) selection and configuration, the existing flux balance current transformer’s selection method given.Combined with actual load requirements and dynamic thermal stability requirements under short circuit current, this paper proposed the problems of the existing configuration and the improved plan of transformation ratio as 50/5 and 50/1 respectively. The result shows that adopting the current transformer of 15 VA, 50/1 meets flux balance protection requirements without saturation at the time of three-phase busbar short circuit. The plan greatly reduces working quantity of design and reformation.
