中壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)裝置設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:以中壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的電壓、電流、頻率、功率和溫度為監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)了一套以dsPIC單片機(jī)為核心的在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置。該裝置由互感器采集開(kāi)關(guān)柜的電壓和電流信號(hào),頻率檢測(cè)模塊檢測(cè)電流頻率,紅外溫度傳感器采集開(kāi)關(guān)柜的溫度信號(hào),給出了硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)及軟件流程。實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,該裝置具有較高的測(cè)量精度且實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)設(shè)備的非接觸式測(cè)溫。

Monitoring Device Design for Medium-Voltage Switchgear State

Abstract: With voltage, current, frequency, power and temperature of medium-voltage switchgear as monitoring objects, this paper designed a set of on-line monitoring device taking single chip dsPIC as the core. The device collected voltage and current signals of switchgear with mutual inductors, testing current frequencies with frequency modules and collecting temperature signals of switchgears with infrared temperature sensors. This paper gave the hardware circuit design and software flow chart. The actual operation result shows that the device is with higher measurement accuracy, realizing non-contact temperature measurement for the equipment.
