核電站核島部分低壓開關(guān)柜抗震試驗(yàn)要求

摘 要:介紹了核電站核島部分一般技術(shù)要求及低壓開關(guān)柜抗震性能試驗(yàn)要求,給出了試驗(yàn)樣品的選擇條件,通過在某10m×10m電器抗震試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行的MNS低壓抽出式開關(guān)柜抗震性能試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)中,試品在額定電壓下輔助和控制回路電氣連續(xù)性良好,試驗(yàn)后,設(shè)備和組成部件完整,未出現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)故障,為核電站的安全運(yùn)行提供了保障。

Low-Voltage Switchgear Anti-Vibration Test Requirements of Nuclear Island Part in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract: Introduction was made to generally technical requirements and low-voltage switchgear anti-vibration test requirements. This paper gave the selection conditions of test samples. The anti-vibration test verification of MNS low-voltage draw-out switchgear was carried out on 10m?10m electrical anti-vibration test platform. The results show that under the rated voltage, electrical continuity of auxiliary and control circuit of test samples is fine, after test, equipment and composition parts are complete without structural fault, which provides assurance for nuclear plant safety operation.
