三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)Y-Δ降壓?jiǎn)?dòng)電路另類故障分析

摘 要:介紹了三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)Y-Δ降壓?jiǎn)?dòng)電路中,當(dāng)接觸器和時(shí)間繼電器額定電壓不完全一致時(shí),可能出現(xiàn)接觸器振動(dòng)吸合和時(shí)間繼電器提前開始計(jì)時(shí)的另類故障現(xiàn)象,分析了故障產(chǎn)生原因,通過對(duì)控制電路進(jìn)行修正,切斷了導(dǎo)致故障產(chǎn)生的“提前通路”,保證了Y-Δ轉(zhuǎn)換功能正常。此方法對(duì)其他Y-Δ降壓?jiǎn)?dòng)電路類似故障的解決均有借鑒意義。

Offbeat Fault Analysis of Y-Δ Reduced Voltage Starting Circuit in Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor

Abstract: Introduction was made to that in Y-Δ reduced voltage starting circuits of three-phase asynchronous motors, the offbeat fault of contactor vibrating making took place and time relays counted ahead of time when the rated voltage of contactors were not in uniform with that of time relays. The faults causes were analyzed, the control circuit was modified and the path ahead of time
was cut off to ensure Y-Δ transferring in normal function. This method is a reference for similar faults of other Y-Δ reduced voltage starting circuits.
