摘 要: 提出了采用基于可編程控制器和固態(tài)繼電器控制的新型主變冷卻器系統(tǒng)的改造方案,并對(duì)改造后的交流電源回路、控制回路和箱體輔助回路的電氣原理圖進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)對(duì)原變壓器冷卻器的改造,消除了原系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)不足和設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多種運(yùn)行控制模式,保證了主變冷卻器的安全運(yùn)行。

Transformation of Main Transformer Cooler System Based on Programmable Logic Controller

Abstract: The transformation plan was raised for new type main transformer cooler system based on the control of programmable logic controller (PLC) and solid state relay, and analysis was made to the AC power circuit, control circuit and electrical schematic diagram of secondary circuit after transformation. The results show that via transformation of original main transformer cooler, the insufficient part of design and design defect are eliminated, which realizes multi-operation control modes and assures the safe operation of main transformer cooler.
