中國(guó)特色智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)面臨的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

摘 要: 介紹了智能電網(wǎng)的內(nèi)涵、特征和國(guó)內(nèi)外智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展情況。闡述了發(fā)展有中國(guó)特色的智能電網(wǎng)面臨的一些主要問(wèn)題,并就這些問(wèn)題給出了具體對(duì)策。指出建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵包括:海量數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理技術(shù)、智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度和控制技術(shù)、智能電網(wǎng)信息安全問(wèn)題、協(xié)調(diào)和自適應(yīng)控制等。根據(jù)國(guó)情,中國(guó)智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)應(yīng)放在輸電網(wǎng)上,尤其是特高壓輸電網(wǎng)。

Issues and Countermeasures of Smart Grid Construction with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract: Introduction was made to the connotation and characteristics of smart grid, as well as the development situation of smart grid at home and abroad. This paper expatiated on the major issues China faced in the process of smart grid development with Chinese characteristics and gave specific strategies on these issues. The key of smart grid construction included magnanimity data analysis and process technology, scheduling and control technology of smart grid, information safety problem of smart grid and coordination and self-adaptive control. According to the situation in China, the power transmission network, especially the ultra high voltage transmission network, should be the important development trend of China smart grid.
