混沌粒子群優(yōu)化算法在配電網(wǎng)無功優(yōu)化中的應用

摘 要:針對電力系統(tǒng)無功優(yōu)化的特點,提出了一種基于傳統(tǒng)粒子群優(yōu)化(PSO) 算法的改進型智能算法——混沌粒子群優(yōu)化(CPSO) 算法。CPSO 算法采用混沌初始化進行改善個體質(zhì)量和利用混沌擾動避免搜索過程陷入局部極值,利用該算法分別對IEEE14 和IEEE30 節(jié)點系統(tǒng)進行仿真測試。仿真結(jié)果表明,CPSO 算法相對于PSO 算法,優(yōu)化效果理想,收斂速度快。

Application of Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm in Power Distribution Network Reactive Optimization

Abstract: Aiming at features of power system reactive optimization, this paper raised an improved intelligent type algorithm based on traditional particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm. The CPSO algorithm adopted chaotic initialization to carry out improving individual quality, using chaotic disturbance to avoid getting into local extremum in searching process. The algorithm was used to carry out simulation tests respectively for IEEE 14 and IEEE30 node systems. Simulation result shows that compared with the PSO algorithm, the CPSO algorithm has ideal optimization effect with fast convergence.
