基于MCGS軟件的變壓器消磁系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

摘 要:分析了變壓器剩磁的產(chǎn)生機理以及剩磁對設(shè)備運行的危害,根據(jù)其特點設(shè)計了一套基于工控組態(tài)軟件MCGS的變壓器消磁系統(tǒng)。通過實際試驗對該消磁系統(tǒng)的消磁效果進(jìn)行了驗證,結(jié)果證明該系統(tǒng)有效消除了剩磁給變壓器的保護(hù)裝置以及一次設(shè)備帶來的不利影響,避免了變壓器成為電網(wǎng)中的諧波源,提高了供電系統(tǒng)的供電質(zhì)量。

Design of Transformer Degaussing System Based on Manual Controlled Group Software

Abstract: Analysis was made to the generation mechanism of transformer residual magnetism and the harm of residual magnetism to the operation of equipment and according to its features, a set of transformer degaussing system based on manual controlled group software (MCGS) was designed. The practical test carried out verification for degaussing effect of the degaussing system. The result shows that the system has effectively eliminated unfavorable impacts of residual magnetism on protection device of transformer and equipment at primary side, which avoided transformers becoming harmonic sources in the grid and raised power supply quality of power supply system.
