基于超聲波信號(hào)檢測(cè)的GIS擊穿放電定位方法研究

摘 要:針對(duì)氣體絕緣開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)擊穿放電定位難的問題,提出了一種基于超聲波信號(hào)檢測(cè)的GIS擊穿放電定位方法。利用傳感器采集放電引起的超聲波信號(hào),經(jīng)過無線傳輸進(jìn)入上位機(jī)進(jìn)行信號(hào)處理,并通過比較不同位置的超聲波信號(hào)時(shí)間先后及超聲波幅值大小來實(shí)現(xiàn)放電的精確定位。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該法對(duì)擊穿放電定位準(zhǔn)確,簡化了排查故障的過程,縮短了GIS調(diào)試周期。

Study of Disruptive Discharge Positioning Method of Gas Insulated Switchgear Based on Ultrasonic Wave Signal Test

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the disruptive discharge of gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is difficult to position, this paper raised a kind of disruptive discharge position method of GIS based on ultrasonic wave signal test. The sensor was used to collect ultrasonic wave signals caused by discharge and the signals were sent to the upper computer to carry out signal processing through wireless transmission. Time sequence and scale value size of different position’s ultrasonic wave signals were compared to realize accurate position of discharge. The test results show that the method for disruptive discharge position is accurate, simplifying fault checking process and shortening the commissioning cycle of GIS.
