沖擊電流法測試斷路器回路電阻的研究

摘 要:提出了一種峰值達(dá)1000A以上的沖擊大電流檢測回路電阻的方法,該方法能夠精確地測量斷路器的回路電阻。通過實驗室的模擬試驗,研究了基于超級電容器產(chǎn)生千安級沖擊大電流的實現(xiàn)方法,并驗證了微歐級小電阻的測量精度,通過EMTP-ATP仿真分析計算可知,均壓電容和引線電感對測試的最終結(jié)果無影響。

Study on Testing Circuit Breaker Loop Resistance with High Impulse Current Method

Abstract: This paper raised a kind of method with peak value over 1000A high impulse current, which could precisely test loop resistance of circuit breakers. Via simulative tests of lab, study was made on the realization method that the super capacitor generated thousand ampere grade high impulse current and the measurement accuracy of microhm grade small resistor was verified. The simulation calculation of EMTP-ATP shows that the even voltage capacitance and lead inductance have no any impacts on final result of tests.
