基于PLC和AD轉(zhuǎn)換的穩(wěn)流和續(xù)流實現(xiàn)

摘要:針對低壓電器特性檢測的電源需求特點,提出了可編程序控制器PLC配合AD轉(zhuǎn)換實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流的一種控制方法,并給出了一種實現(xiàn)續(xù)流的設(shè)計方案,介紹了該方案的硬件組成、預(yù)檢調(diào)壓器動作特性、運行阻抗續(xù)流的計算以及預(yù)檢調(diào)壓器特性參數(shù)方式的優(yōu)缺點。實際運行情況表明,該方式結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、運行穩(wěn)定,有利于降低成本和易于維護。

Abstract: Considering the requirements of characteristic test of low-voltage electrical apparatus, this paper presented a kind of control method using the programmable logic controller (PLC) and analog digital (AD) conversion module to stabilize current and gave a kind of design plan to realize follow current. Introduction was made to the hardware, operating characteristic of pretest booster, calculation of follow current of operating impedance, and advantages and disadvantages of characteristic parameter mode of pretest booster. Actual operation shows that the method has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low cost and easy maintenance.
