繼電保護裝置MTBF指標(biāo)及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

摘 要:針對繼電保護裝置平均失效間隔工作時間(MTBF)指標(biāo)混淆于裝置使用壽命的情況,闡述了繼電保護裝置MTBF指標(biāo)的含義,提出MTBF指標(biāo)的三種計算方法,即可靠性預(yù)計、可靠性試驗、現(xiàn)場失效數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,探討了繼電保護裝置MTBF指標(biāo)與裝置壽命的關(guān)系,并給出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)的取值建議。

Abstract: In allusion to the condition that the mean operating time between failures (MTBF) of relay protection equipment was confused with the life of relay protection equipment, this paper explained the definition of the MTBF index and presented three different methods for the calculation of the MTBF index of relay protection equipment, including reliability prediction, reliability test, and site failure data statistic, then analyzed the relationship between the MTBF index and the life of relay protection equipment, and raised the recommended values of the MTBF index at last.
