配電開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與優(yōu)化檢修系統(tǒng)研制

摘 要:設(shè)計(jì)了基于多狀態(tài)量融合的配電開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與優(yōu)化檢修系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要由狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)終端、手持PDA、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)綜合試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)、狀態(tài)檢修輔助決策系統(tǒng)等組成。通過(guò)巡檢、例行試驗(yàn)、診斷性試驗(yàn)等手段獲取配電開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)信息并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;利用開(kāi)關(guān)的臺(tái)賬信息、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)終端采集的信息等,結(jié)合考慮開(kāi)關(guān)的缺陷和故障的性質(zhì)和概率,對(duì)配電開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),為配電開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備檢修策略的制定安排提供依據(jù)。系統(tǒng)以國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司頒布的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)程為依據(jù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),具有實(shí)用性及擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。

This system was made up of condition-based monitoring terminals, personal digital assistant (PDA) on handhold, comprehensive test system on site, condition-based maintenance assistant decision software system, etc. The distribution switches condition indicators were obtained and analyzed by means of patrol and examine, routine test and diagnostic test, etc. Considering the accounting information of distribution switches, collecting data of condition-based monitoring terminals, defects of switches, fault characteristics and probability, the operation performance of distribution switches was comprehensively evaluated, which provided the basis for the formulation and arrangement maintenance strategy of distribution switches. The designed system was based on the promulgated standards and regulations from state grid corporation of China, with the features of good practicability and expansibility.
