10 kV配電線路旁路作業(yè)電磁暫態(tài)過程仿真計算研究

摘 要: 為了給配電線路旁路作業(yè)的安全操作提供參考依據(jù),基于10 kV 配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)線路旁路作業(yè)法ATP-EMTP 計算模型,對旁路作業(yè)法不同作業(yè)方式下的全部操作過程進(jìn)行電磁暫態(tài)仿真計算,分別討論作業(yè)方式、線路長度、投切相角等因素對過電壓和過電流的影響。計算結(jié)果表明:人工分相操作方式與負(fù)荷開關(guān)三相同期操作方式下產(chǎn)生的過電壓、過電流水平相近,旁路條件下的帶負(fù)荷斷接線路是安全的。同時計算得出作業(yè)過程中空載旁路電纜投切操作和空載架空線路退出操作會產(chǎn)生較高幅值的過電壓和過電流。這些研究成果為旁路作業(yè)法的開展提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。

Simulative Calculation Research on Bypass Work Electromagnetic Transient Process of 10 kV Distribution Lines

Abstract: In order to provide reference frames for safe operation of distribution lines bypass work, this paper carried out simulative calculation of electromagnetic transient for bypass operation method’s entire process under different operation modes and discussed impacts of work modes, circuit length and switching phase angles etc factors on over-voltage and over-current. The calculation results show that the over-voltage and over-current generated by artificial operation are the same as that of the load switch operation and on-load operating lines under bypass conditions are safe. Meanwhile, the switching operation of no-load bypass cable and the cutoff operation of no-load overhead lines will produce high-amplitude over-voltage and over-current. The research findings provide theoretical foundation for the development of bypass work.
