高壓電機(jī)定子繞組絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)定位方法的研究

摘 要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有局部放電檢測(cè)法不能解決高壓電機(jī)定子繞組絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)的定位問(wèn)題,研究了絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)在局放下產(chǎn)生電場(chǎng)信號(hào)的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了手持式局放定位探測(cè)器。通過(guò)與局放儀配合使用,有效解決了高壓電機(jī)定子繞組絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)定位問(wèn)題。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該裝置能準(zhǔn)確定位電機(jī)定子端部的絕緣薄弱點(diǎn)位置,從而避免電機(jī)絕緣故障的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。

Research on Positioning Method of High-Voltage Motor Stator Winding Insulation Vulnerabilities

Abstract: In allusion to the problem that the existing partial discharge detection method cannot locate the motor stator winding insulation vulnerabilities, this paper researched the winding insulation vulnerabilities which produced an electric field under the partial discharge signals and designed a handheld partial discharge positioning detector. Cooperated with the partial discharge detector, the positioning problem of high-voltage motor stator winding insulation vulnerabilities could be solved effectively. The experimental results show that the detector can accurately locate the insulation vulnerabilities position at motor stator ends, so as to reduce the risk of motor problems due to the insulation fault.
