配網(wǎng)故障定位系統(tǒng)的研究與拓展應(yīng)用

摘 要: 對配網(wǎng)故障定位系統(tǒng)進行了研究,以某供電公司應(yīng)急指揮中心為例,統(tǒng)一整合內(nèi)、外網(wǎng)信息資源,拓展配網(wǎng)故障定位系統(tǒng)功能,將電網(wǎng)GIS、視頻監(jiān)控等多項配電網(wǎng)先進技術(shù)引入故障搶修工作,實行了前臺實時指揮監(jiān)控人員、車輛、故障搶修物資后臺的統(tǒng)一調(diào)配,全面開展10 kV 及其以下配電線路、設(shè)備的故障搶修工作,縮短了故障點查找時間,提高了故障搶修效率。

Research on Distribution Network Fault Location System and Expanding Application

Abstract: This paper researched on the distribution network fault location system. Taking the emergency command center of certain power supply company for example, this paper unified to integrate interior and exterior information resources, expanded the functions of the distribution network fault location system, and introduced distribution network gas insulated switchgear (GIS), video monitoring etc multiterm advanced distribution network technology to the fault location overhaul, to realize real-time monitoring personnel, car and fault overhaul materials background unified allocation. Not more than 10 kV distribution line, facilities fault overhaul work was comprehensively developed to shorten the search time of fault points and toraise the efficiency of fault overhaul.
