Abstract: Ensure that the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) used in epoxy casting insulating parts stable and reliable performance is the primary control goal of the insulating parts. For epoxy casting with raw materials, put forward epoxy resin, filler, curing agent basic must test project type, in order to control the stability of raw material performance, and in the epoxy casting with epoxy, filler, curing agent basic test project, it is proposed to increase infrared spectroscopy, molecular weight distribution of the two project testing, through the basic must test project and the proposal to increase the test project, to stabilize the quality of the epoxy casting insulation parts, and to enhance the safety of the GIS.
