N相常通下的漏電斷路器帶載試驗方法研究

摘 要: 根據(jù)GB 16917.1-2003、GB 14048.2-2008 標準規(guī)定,漏電斷路器除了需要驗證在空載下的動作特性之外,還需在帶載下通以額定電流,驗證其動作特性的正確性。用“漏電開關(guān)兼容試驗裝置”和“剩余電流動作斷路器測試儀”驗證漏電斷路器N 相是常通時,在帶載下的剩余電流動作時間測量。通過試驗分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)所測幾組的動作時間存在很大差異的原因,并提出有效的解決方案,以便能更加準確測量試驗數(shù)據(jù)。

Research on On-Load Testing Method of Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Uninterrupted Neutral Phase

Abstract: According to the standards of GB 1691 7.1-2003 & GB 14 048.2-2008, in addition to take tests of operating characteristics under no-load condition, residual current circuit breakers should be taken tests under on-load condition as well to verify the validity of operating characteristics. Leakage current switching compatibility testing device and residual current circuit breaker tester were used to verify the measurement of residual current operating time under on-load with uninterrupted neutral phase of residual current circuit breakers. Analysis of experiments shows the reason why the operate time is quite different, and a very valid solution is proposed to measure testing data more accurately.
