自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)電器機(jī)械可靠性分析

摘 要: 針對(duì)目前CB 級(jí)、PC 級(jí)兩大類自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)電器(ATSE) 存在的機(jī)械可靠性問題,從機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的角度進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)各種ATSE 機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖,闡述了產(chǎn)生機(jī)械故障的主要原因,并提出改進(jìn)措施,實(shí)踐應(yīng)用表明:改進(jìn)后其提高了ATSE 機(jī)械可靠性,降低了產(chǎn)品故障率。

Mechanical Reliability Analysis of Auto Transfer Switching Equipment

Abstract: In allusion to the mechanical reliability problem of the two types of automatic transfer switching equipment (ATSE) level CB and level PC, this paper carried out analysis from the angle of mechanical design. According to the mechanical structure schematic diagram of various ATSE, this paper expound the main causes of mechanical failure and put forward the improved measures. The practical application show that after improvement, the mechanical reliability of ATSE increases and the products failure rate reduces.
