采集終端通信卡檢測(cè)與管理裝置的研制與應(yīng)用

    摘 要:通信卡作為采集設(shè)備通信的重要載體,直接關(guān)乎到電能數(shù)據(jù)采集的及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性。傳統(tǒng)通信卡依靠人工進(jìn)行管理,同時(shí)沒(méi)有檢測(cè)裝置可以全面檢測(cè)通信卡各項(xiàng)功能的運(yùn)行情況。研制了一款采集終端通信卡檢測(cè)與管理裝置。檢測(cè)裝置在硬件結(jié)構(gòu)上設(shè)計(jì) 4 個(gè) GPRS 通信模塊,可插入 16 個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通信卡插座,實(shí)現(xiàn)多模塊同步測(cè)試,同時(shí)開(kāi)發(fā)管理軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)通信卡全流程業(yè)務(wù)跟蹤。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,研制的通信卡檢測(cè)管理裝置能有效減少測(cè)卡時(shí)間,提高工作效率,降低通信卡信息安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),全面提升通信卡全壽命周期管理水平。

The Development and Application of Detection and Management Device for
Communication Cards in Acquisition Terminals

    Abstract: As an essential carrier for communication in acquisition devices, communication cards directly affect the timeliness and accuracy of power data collection. Traditional communication cards rely on manual management, and there is no detection device that can comprehensively test the operation of various functions of the communication cards. Based on this, this paper develops a detection and management device for communication cards in acquisition terminals. The detection device is designed with 4 GPRS communication modules in its hardware structure,capable of inserting 16 standard communication card sockets to achieve synchronous testing of multiple modules. At the same time, management software is developed to achieve the service tracking in entire process of communication cards. Test results show that the communication cards detection and management device developed in this paper can effectively reduce the time for testing cards, improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of communication card information security, and enhance the management level of the entire life cycle of communication cards.
