一種單穩(wěn)態(tài)繼電器高速檢測系統(tǒng)的研制

摘 要:針對傳統(tǒng)單穩(wěn)態(tài)繼電器自動檢測系統(tǒng)存在檢出量偏低與故障排除周期長等局限性,開發(fā)了一種單穩(wěn)態(tài)繼電器高速檢測系統(tǒng)。介紹了系統(tǒng)各組成單元及相應(yīng)功能,并闡述了相較原有系統(tǒng)的改進點,經(jīng)測試效率與故障停機時間比較,該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了取料、測試與分級、噴碼、收料等全過程無縫銜接,及嵌入的效能監(jiān)測模塊實時監(jiān)視定點清除,大幅提升檢測效率與可維護性,保障了大生產(chǎn)流程運作高效性。

Design of a Monostable Relay High-Speed Detection System

Abstract: The traditional monostable relay automatic detection system has disadvantages of low detectable amount and long troubleshooting period, so the paper develops a monostable relay high-speed detection system. In the paper, the components and corresponding functions of this system are first introduced, and then improvements to the original system are described. Through comparing their efficiency of measurement and fault downtime, this new system can realize the whole process seamless connection of fetching, testing and grading, spray printing and receiving, and the embedded performance monitoring module can monitor the fixed point removal in real time. Therefore, it greatly improves the efficiency of measurement and maintainability and ensures the high efficiency of mass production operation.
