    摘 要:計(jì)量裝置作為供電公司和用電用戶之間核算電費(fèi)的工具,計(jì)量裝置的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性直接影響用戶的利益和供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。設(shè)計(jì)了一種計(jì)量裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)移動(dòng)作業(yè)方案,給出了電力計(jì)量裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)移動(dòng)作業(yè)系統(tǒng)拓?fù)鋱D,并對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,其可以加強(qiáng)計(jì)量裝置用戶申請(qǐng)校驗(yàn)、首次校驗(yàn)和周期校驗(yàn)工作,幫助供電公司形成完整的計(jì)量裝置檢測(cè)流程。計(jì)量裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用表明,其保障了用電、供電雙方的利益。

Application of Mobile Operation for On-Site Detection of
Electric Power Metering Device

    Abstract: As a tool for power supply companies to calculate users’ electricity bills, the effectiveness and accuracy of the metering device is directly related to users’ interests and power supply companies’ economic benefits.The paper designes a reasonable mobile operation scheme for on-site detection of metering devices. It puts forward a topological diagram of on-site detection of mobile operation system for the power metering device, and also optimizes the work flow to improve user application for check, first check and periodic check of the power metering device to help power supply companies formulate the complete metering device detection process.The field application of the metering device shows that the interests of both power users and power suppliers are guaranteed.
