氯化銨溶液電導率的準確性對電痕化試驗結(jié)果的影響

摘 要:電痕化試驗是測試固體材料耐電痕化指數(shù)和相比電痕化指數(shù)的重要試驗。根據(jù)固體絕緣材料耐電痕化指數(shù)和相比電痕化指數(shù)的測定方法國家標準要求,分析和驗證了氯化銨溶液電導率對試驗結(jié)果的影響,針對目前部分實驗室在測試電導率過程中使用線性溫度補償方法的問題,分析了該方法的錯誤原因,并提出了氯化銨溶液配置和測試電導率的正確方法,為耐電痕化指數(shù)和相比電痕化指數(shù)試驗提供重要參考。

Influence of the Accuracy of Electrica Conductivity of NH4Cl
Solution on the Tracking Test Result

Abstract: The tracking test is a vital experiment for proof tracking index of solid materials and comparative tracking index. This paper analyzed and verified the influence of the electrical conductivity of NH4Cl solution on the test result based on the national standards of proof tracking index of solid materials and comparative tracking index. Many laboratories used the linear thermal compensation method in the electrica conductivity test process. This paper analyzed the problem of that method and proposed the correct method of the NH4Cl solution configuration and electrica conductivity test. This research provides a reference to the proof tracking index and comparative tracking index.
