一種萬能式斷路器操作機構失效問題的分析與改善

    摘 要:介紹了殼架電流 6 300 A 的萬能式斷路器在進行機械壽命試驗過程中出現(xiàn)的一種失效問題,其具體表現(xiàn)為斷路器操作機構的儲能杠桿限位軸受力彎曲變形或側(cè)板上安裝限位軸的圓孔變形導致限位軸脫出,即“空合”。分析了導致該問題的原因及運動過程中機構部分零部件的受力情況,提出了優(yōu)化方案并進行機械壽命試驗的驗證,避免了機構再次出現(xiàn)“空合”的情況,提高了產(chǎn)品的機械壽命。

    Abstract: This paper introduced a failure problem of the air circuit breaker of rated current 6 300 A, which emerged in the mechanical life test. The specific performance is that the limited axis of the energy storage of the operating mechanism of the air circuit breaker is bending deformation or the limited axis falls out because of the deformation of the circular hole on the side panel. These phemenon are called “cavitation”.This research analyzed the cause of the problem and the stress condition of components and parts in the running process. It proposed an improvement scheme and verified it by the mechanical life test. The result shows that it improves the mechanical life of the air circuit breaker and avoids the situation of “cavitation”.
