1 000 kV GIL設(shè)備在特高壓南陽(yáng)站擴(kuò)建工程中的應(yīng)用

    摘 要:介紹了南陽(yáng)站氣體絕緣輸電線路 (GIL) 工程總體布置方案,給出了工程關(guān)鍵組部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化單元設(shè)計(jì),研究了 3 套不同原理的故障定位系統(tǒng)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。分析了 GIL 故障時(shí)為可靠閉鎖對(duì)站重合閘,差動(dòng)保護(hù)采用專(zhuān)用遠(yuǎn)傳信號(hào)傳輸裝置及通道的方案。基于就近的自平衡伸縮節(jié)或鉸鏈伸縮節(jié)作為拆解故障單元的起始位置,闡述了不同類(lèi)型母線氣室故障檢修方案及設(shè)備投運(yùn)以來(lái)柔性設(shè)計(jì)部件存在的問(wèn)題,為后續(xù) 1 000 kV GIL 工程的設(shè)備制造、工程設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)維檢修等提供借鑒。

UHV Nanyang Power Substation

    Abstract: This paper introduced a general layout scheme of the gas-insulated transmission line (GIL) project of Nanyang station. It proposed the standardized unit design of the vital components of the project and studied the advantages and disadvantages of three sets of fault location systems with different principles.In addition, this research analyzed the plan which could shut down the reclosing of the opposite substation when the GIL fails, and the differential protection device employed the scheme of a special remote signal transmission device and channel. This paper elaborated on different maintenance plans for the bus air chamber fault and the existing problems of the flexible design part based on the starting point of dismantling the faulty unit, which is the nearest automatic balancing expansion joint or expansion hinge. It provides a reference for the follow-up 1 000 kV GIL projects from various aspects, such as machinery manufacturing, engineering design, operation, and maintenance, etc.
