面向P2P交易的基于區(qū)塊鏈的分級(jí)電價(jià)方法研究

    摘 要:針對(duì)目前電力交易模式下新能源的安全消納問(wèn)題,以區(qū)塊鏈為核心,提出一種面向 P2P 交易的分級(jí)電價(jià)方法,充分利用區(qū)塊鏈透明、不可篡改、去中心化的特征支撐 P2P 交易數(shù)據(jù)安全和 P2P 交易電能質(zhì)量安全。依靠 Merkle 樹的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化交易數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證過(guò)程,保證交易數(shù)據(jù)的不可篡改;綜合考慮用戶側(cè)和供電側(cè)的可靠性要求,構(gòu)建電能質(zhì)量分級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)體系,獲得各供電節(jié)點(diǎn)電能質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)值,再依據(jù)電能質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)值修正各供電節(jié)點(diǎn)上網(wǎng)電價(jià)交易的電能質(zhì)量安全;通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了該方法可以在有效保證電能質(zhì)量的前提下提升新能源的消納。

    Abstract: The current electricity trading model has the problem of the safe consumption of new energy. This paper proposed a hierarchical electricity price method for P2P transactions based on the core of blockchain. It used the transparent, immutable, and decentralized features of the blockchain to ensure P2P transaction data security and P2P transaction power quality security.It relied on the unique structure of the Merkle tree to simplify the transaction data verification process and protect the transaction data.This paper considered the reliability requirements of the user side and the power supply side and constructed a system for power quality classification and evaluation. The quality of the electric energy safety could be adjusted following the power quality evaluation value of each power supply node.After example analysis, it is verified that this method could improve the consumption of new energy under the premise of effectively ensuring the power quality.
